What are Golf Swing Dynamics?

What are Golf Swing Dynamics?

What is the concept golf swing dynamics? And what is it used for? These are two very important questions that you should know the answers to.

Some teachers, professionals, and commentators consider swing dynamics to be the physics behind the actual ball flight and speed produced by the golf swing. Others believe that swing dynamics is a term that refers to the biomechanical body movements that produce a golf shot.

I believe that golf swing dynamics is a phrase that is most useful when it refers to the purposeful, fluid and holistic motion that dynamically, or through motion, creates power and accuracy in the golf swing.

Thus, the dynamic golf swing is not achieved through the study of physics and biology on the part of the student. It is achieved by studying the purpose and fluidity of the golf swing in the context of a system as a whole.

If there is one physics aspect of the golf swing that I would have all golfers completely understand, it is that hitting down on the ball with an angled surface will make the golf ball fly up and out. But we all know this from taking high school level geometry and physics. It should be pretty obvious that you can’t hit up on the ball, since the ground gets in the way just a little bit.

The golf swing builds power the same way a boxer loads up a punch. There is no technical way that this can be taught.
